Installed this in our office and none of us were able to connect to the network. There is no documentation on the website for troubleshooting connection issues.
Unable to create account
Wouldn’t register our domain. Tried to chat with support but could only keep a connection for a few minutes, then the system would give an error code and close the chat. Couldn’t stay connected long enough to get any answers.
Worked fine for a while
The app worked very well for several months. Then one person had trouble connecting; then another and another. We are a small office with 7 users. The documentation was nonexistent. Reaching out for help was impossible. Finally went to a competitor that has better documentation and support.
